Michelle is a busy person at work and at home with her family. But the thing I’ve learned the most from Michelle is that she always finds a way to work out and keep things fun, fresh, and challenging. Somehow, she always makes time to get a workout in and maintain a healthy lifestyle, and she shows us how we can do that in our own lives.
I think a testament to her abilities and her style is that there is a core group of us who continue to utilize her expertise for 10 plus years. I have been an athlete all my life. I followed my passion for football and let the other sports go in my late teens. I felt physically invincible. I finished my football career at about 290 pounds. I was dense and very muscular. With a few years of being dormant physically and poor lifestyle habits, I was someone that was not happy with himself. I was in my later twenties, I had lost my way with my health and fitness and when my fiancé spoke up and pointed it out, it lit a fire internally. I thought that if she saw it and had the courage to say something, it was time to make changes. I was going to change the perception of my reality.
This enlightening moment took place over a weekend and by Monday, I had already signed up for Michelle’s program. By the end of the program, I had lost about 15 lbs and all my measurements had improved. It was the enthusiastic, sincere, and caring wellness professional that made me see that the journey is ultimately on me. Michelle had introduced a lifestyle change to me and it opened up a whole new world of wellness. I was challenging myself in and out of the gym.

Wow what a great experience and game changer! I needed a lifestyle change and gifted the class to my sister who was also looking for something different. We participated for months working with Michelle and our group this past winter. Michelle as our group leader created such a welcoming, inspiring truly comfortable environment to learn in. I found the presentation and program to be to the point and learned much about metabolism, body chemistry & sugar which I used to create results.
What I found to be key in the success of a life style change is that the change needs to be simplified to be “duplicated easily” to ensure long term success. I found as did my sister, everything presented to meet that qualification being duplicable & pleasantly affordable.
While all individuals need to be committed to be successful, Michelle made herself accessible above and beyond to take each one of our inquiries and questions at all hours which was important when we were struggling to stay on task. I also found the additional facebook closed group she created to be very inspiring for our team of participants, we were able to share ideas, frustrations/setbacks and inspiring support to help each other and it kept it so real to what we all experience every day. Even after our group classes ended Michele still reaches out to all of us to send updates, tips and make sure we all have the support we need to succeed – that is truly something I have never experienced before and will keep me motivated and coming back for additional education!
