Individual Health and Wellness Coaching
1 - 1.5 hours
This 1:1 session is designed for individuals who believe they lack motivation and willpower to make permanent healthy changes. Problematic behavior, external social influences, circumstances, career, family and unrealistic goals are some of the topics to be discussed and addressed. There are no magic pills or magic plans distributed during this session. Instead, it will provide a structure participants can use to stimulate, guide, reflect upon and evaluate as they progress and commit to the change process.
